30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed items with their tags or in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund of the item price.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we’ll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. Just contact us with a photo of the item and your order number.

Change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Items that can’t be returned

Worn or washed items can’t be returned unless they are defective.

Free gifts

Free gift items don’t need to be returned.
